Finesse Tuition wasn't built in a classroom — it was built out of frustration. Amman and Hassan both started A-Level Chemistry at state schools in West London, and neither was on track for the grades they wanted: early results were C's and U's, not A's. The problem wasn't effort, it was method — no clear system for what actually mattered, and no way of making it stick.

So they rebuilt how they studied from the ground up: distilling Chemistry down to what could be understood quickly, then revising it in a way that was genuinely remembered instead of forgotten within days. Both turned their grades around, from C/U to A*s.

What began as helping a few friends grew into something bigger. Word spread, and soon students they'd never met were asking for the same approach. That approach became the Finesse Method — refined further with input from Oxford Chemistry PhD candidates and lecturers at Cambridge, Imperial, Warwick and Durham.

Amman went on to St George's, University of London Medical School, and Hassan to Imperial College London — living proof the method works, because they built it to fix their own grades first.
